Amina is responsible for the Group's operating model, governance framework, strategic execution and organizational growth as the business continues to scale across multiple markets and business lines.

With over 16 years of experience spanning financial services, capital markets, investment management and consulting, Amina has built a career leading large-scale transformation programs, operating model redesigns and enterprise-wide change initiatives for global and regional organizations.

Prior to joining Al Liwan, Amina held senior roles at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), where she was responsible for strategic execution, PMO and portfolio management activities, overseeing the delivery of major transformation programs including the Target Operating Model, enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and the development of new products, services and strategic growth initiatives aligned to corporate objectives.

Before relocating to the UAE, Amina held senior positions with leading international organisations including KPMG, Wells Fargo, Refinitiv, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, M&G and QBE Insurance, advising executive leadership teams on strategy, governance, transformation and business optimization initiatives.

Amina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Robert Gordon University and is recognized for her expertise in strategy execution, organizational transformation, governance and operating model design.
