Bola Adefehinti - Non-Executive Director
Bola is a highly experienced corporate lawyer, entrepreneur and investor with more than 25 years of experience spanning the energy, infrastructure, maritime, mining, media and sports sectors.
A UK-trained corporate, commercial and petroleum lawyer, Bola began his career in both private practice and in-house legal roles, advising organizations on complex commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory matters and strategic investments. He subsequently transitioned into entrepreneurship, co-founding and leading a number of successful oil and gas ventures and holding senior executive positions within energy and infrastructure businesses across Nigeria.
Over the course of his career, Bola has built extensive experience in business development, project financing, corporate structuring and investment management, working closely with governments, investors, financial institutions and corporate stakeholders across Africa and international markets.
Today, Bola serves on the boards of several organizations and is an active private equity investor, bringing deep expertise in governance, strategic growth, energy markets and value creation to the Al Liwan Board.
