Jerry Brooks - Chief Financial Officer
Jerry Brooks is a senior finance executive with over 30 years of international experience spanning corporate finance, financial management, private equity, venture capital and family office structures across the UK and Europe.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jerry has held CFO and senior finance leadership positions within complex multinational organizations, leading financial strategy, governance, capital allocation and business transformation initiatives. He also served as a Director of AtmosClear SA, a Switzerland-based investment company, for more than two decades.
Over the course of his career, Jerry has advised and supported entrepreneurs, family offices, investors and corporates across a broad range of investment, financing and growth initiatives. His experience spans financial planning, corporate structuring, investment evaluation, capital raising and strategic business development.
At Al Liwan, Jerry is responsible for the Group's finance function, overseeing financial management, budgeting, reporting, governance and strategic financial planning as the business continues to scale internationally.
